Life Purpose Mentoring offers you the partnership and support you need in leading the life you are meant to live. It can be an invaluable tool, offering you the strategic thinking, mentoring, encouragement and advice necessary for you to manifest your Life Purpose fully in your life.
Life Purpose Mentoring is somewhat akin to the process of Life Coaching... but with a powerful and catalytic difference. The key difference lies in where your mentoring begins: with Life Purpose Consulting.
The three to four Life Purpose Consulting sessions form an essential foundation to a Life Purpose Mentoring program. This initial consulting work reveals your overall Life Purpose, along with vital specifics regarding special skills, talents, gifts and Life Satisfaction "Musts." It provide a solid foundation from which to begin Life Purpose Mentoring.
Often lacking a similar foundation, clients of other Life Mentoring programs have reported that mentoring can at times lack a clear focus or direction, where the key issues of life are left to reveal themselves during the course of the mentoring work. With Life Purpose Mentoring, this groundwork has already been laid -- and you are ready to proceed, full steam ahead!
Through Life Purpose Mentoring, you receive your own personal:
- Life Purpose Strategist
Using the knowledge gleaned from your Life Purpose Consultations, we will design and employ a personal Life Purpose Strategy for you -- giving you focus during the mentoring "season" on the most important areas needed to move your life forward powerfully, now.
- Life Purpose Mentor
Through ongoing email check-ins, support calls and longer follow-up sessions, your mentor will call on you to offer your best, recommending and supporting you in accomplishing a set of personalized daily and weekly practices, projects, exercises, areas of study and/or specific actions, all designed to fulfill on your Life Purpose Strategy.
- Life Purpose Cheerleader
During the calls and follow-up sessions, you will know you have someone looking out for you, offering you the encouragement needed to help you take on your life's most important challenges, move through them, and then celebrate and honor your accomplishments.
- Life Purpose Counselor
When needed, your mentor and you we will work together to help you through times when you may feel stuck, or when you are running old behaviors or ways of thinking that may be holding you back. Life Purpose counseling can assist you in working through difficult times or challenging areas of your life, and help get you back on track.
Life Purpose Mentoring is customizable to the needs of each client. That said, most of our clients do mentoring work in 10-hour packages.
The general structure of Life Purpose Mentoring includes an initial strategy session and a number of one-on-one sessions, plus regular support calls and (optional) weekday email check-ins during the course of the mentoring program. About half of the time is divided between caoching sessions and support calls. Your Life Purpose "training season" is spread out in time according to your needs, over weeks and/or even months.
